Leopard mother Olimba is bringing up her two cubs in a leopard territory called Nsefu, in Zambia. Her world is turned upside down by the arrival of Wild Dog Storm. Storm’s pack seems unchallengeable – even dominating hyena Tandala. But when the dogs are beginning to settle into the Kingdom and welcome a litter of puppies, a powerful force appears on the horizon – lions.

As the wet season transforms Nsefu into a paradise, Storm’s wild dog pups navigate the new world. Leopard mother Olimba clashes with her daughter Mutima, forcing her to grow up fast. The lion pride’s dominance intensifies, with consequences for the hyena clan and their newborns. When Storm gives birth to a second litter, disaster strikes at the den, and the lions close in.

Lioness Rita is raising the next generation, but caring for her cubs alone leaves them vulnerable while she hunts. The hyenas’ strength is growing, but a flooded den spells disaster and the clan become separated. Their leader Tenta must protect her twins as they navigate to find the rest of their family. Seeking a mate, leopard Olimba begins a new chapter.

An injured wild dog, Flint, needs the support of his pack more than ever before, but in return he helps to care for Storm’s litter of puppies. A showdown between mother and daughter sees leopard Olimba struggling to keep a grip on her territory, while Mutima roams Nsefu searching for a new home. The fragmented hyena clan is reuniting and rebuilding their strength.
